Global Faculty

ACTS has an outstanding global faculty from around the globe to teach and train pastors. Some of our faculty members are:
 

Richard Rood
Professor, Global Faculty

Rick Rood has been serving as a chaplain at two hospitals in Texas concurrently: Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite since 1996, and Green Oaks Psychiatric Hospital in Dallas since 1998. He has also served as the director of publications for Probe Ministries, in a ministry with International Students, Inc., as an Associate Professor for Field Education with Dallas Theological Seminary, and pastored a church in the Seattle area.  Rick received his B.A. degree from Seattle Pacific University, and his Th.M. from Dallas Seminary.  Rick cared for his wife Polly devotedly during her twenty-year journey with a neurodegenerative illness until her home-going in 2003.  Rick and Polly have two adult children -- Jeff and Jill.  As a professor with ACTS International, Rick is teaching theological and counseling courses with the ACTS Institutes.


Dr. Le Minh Dat

Dr. Le Minh Dat received his Doctor of Divinity in Leadership degree from Miami International Seminary, and his M.A degree in Biblical Studies from New Covenant University. Dat is currently the pastor of Vietnam Agape Outreach Church in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Prior to his call to the ministry, he was a business consultant with the Giao Chau Corp. in Vietnam.


Moses MeeOnn Lee

Moses received his B.Th. degree from Malaysia Bible Seminary, M.A. degree from South East Asia Theological Seminary (Indonesia), M.Th. degree from South East Asia Graduate School of Theology (Singapore), and he is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Fort Worth, Texas). He was awarded the Rev Peter Hsu Award for being the outstanding Alumni of Malaysia Bible Seminary, Malaysia in 1997. He has served as the Acting Dean of Studies, School of Theology (1991-1992), Dean of Studies, School of Theology (1993-1994), Associate Dean of Chinese Department (1995-1996), Dean of Chinese Department cum Dean of Studies (1998-2005) at Malaysia Bible Seminary. He has also been involved in his pastoral duties at the Gospel Hall Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (1988-1990), and Gospel Hall Cameron Highlands, Malaysia (1984-1987).  


Monica Lee

Mrs Monica Lee holds a Master’s degree of Ministry from Malaysia Bible Seminary, and a Biblical Counseling Certificate from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Forth Worth, Texas). She has served in Agape Counseling Centre. She is a facilitator of Premarital Counseling and a speaker at women's events. She is a member of American Association of Christian Counseling (AACC). She is married to Moses Lee Mee Onn, and they have three children and a daughter in-law: Jonathan & Stephanie, Grace and David.
