James Lian Sai had served as an Accountant with the Burmese
government. After his conversion to Christ he resigned from
his government job to pursue theological studies in India. He
received his B.Th degree from COTR Theological Seminary in
1989 and M.Div degree from the Evangelical Bible Seminary in
1998.
